We can simply solve the above problem as follows;

It is given ,

Length of the train = 1 km

Length of the bridge = 2km

In order to cross the bridge, The train will cover a distance = Length of the train will entering the bridge + Length of the bridge + Length of the train exiting the bridge

Total distance = 1 km + 2km + 1km = 4 km

To calculate the time we will apply the following formula,

Time = Distance/Speed

= 4/1

= 4 minutes

Hence, The correct answer is option (4) 4 minute.
