Hour Clock complete circle in 12 hrs

complete circle means 360°

360°  in 12 hrs

=> 1°   in 12/360  = 1/30 hr

=> 187.5 °  in 187.5 * 1/30  hrs

=  187.5 /30 hrs

= 6.25 hrs

1 hr = 60 mins => 0.25 hrs = 0.25 * 60 = 15 mins
