Solution:-

Let sat special tinapay Juan bring home  = 20J

Cost  = 20J x 20  = 400J

Plastic Bags Required  = J or  Roundup(J)  

Cost = 10J  or 10 Roundup(J)  

400J + 10J  =  820

=> 410J = 820

=> J = 2

J is integer hence J and  Roundup(J)    both are same

special tinapay Juan bring home  =  20 x 2 = 40
