The tips are as follows-

1. Practice many a times, try to understand the problem and don't remember   any answer as it may confuse you during the exams.
2. Try to give your best during the exams.
3. Read mindfully and answer and don't be in a hurry.
4. Be self confident and don't be discouraged because of the destructive criticisms of your friends and classmates. 
5. Don't be jealous of others. Compare you to do better from your previous performance level.

 And the most important thing is to excel up from the base itself.Be clear about all your doubts.And set a well-planned time table. Also don't spend more time in studying the whole day and night, play, watch Tvs and free yourself.
