During reversible isothermal process,
Temperature , T = constant .
so, work done = -PdV
= - nRT/VdV
= - nRT ∫dV/V
= -nRTln[V₂/V₁]
What you see ? , Ratio work done depends upon ratio of Volume .
it means no matter what is the unit of volume ,
Hence, answer is (D) any one of them
