Answer:

Every place on earth (Country) is having its own local time. But it's local time must be under the time zones of the earth. The local time depends up on the number of meridian i.e. longitude. The time difference between each meridian will be average 4. Minutes starting from Greenwich Time that is prime meridian. To calculate the difference between the local times of any two places on earth, first we need the details of meridian i.e. serial number of the meridian and we have to keep in mind that in which country that particular place falls so that we can get the standard meridian of that country because that place's local time depends on that Standard time of the country.finally we have to know the time zone of that country. Accordingly we can calculate the l difference between the local times of any two places.

Conclusion: To calculate the differenc between the local time of any two places on earth are needed,

1.Time zone

2. Oder of meridians.

3. Standard meridian

4. GMT.
