The above statement means that all people commit sins and make mistakes. Making mistake is an easy task but forgiving is not. Just like when Hari stole the money from Anil, he made a mistake however when he reached railway station he realized the fact that he has made a mistake and he shouldn't have done that. He then immediately went to Anil's house and kept the wet money at their place. The next morning, when Anil woke up he already knew the fact that Hari stole money from him but still he didn't punish him instead he gave him 50-rupees as his salary and forgave him for his mistake.
