To every action there is an equal and opposite reaction ,then why an object moves?

Because of this only as we push which shows An opposite reaction

The ones that are the same colour aseach other are pairs of equalmagnitude, opposite direction forces from Newton's third law. (W and R are of equal magnitude in oppositedirections, but they're acting on the same object - that's Newton's first law in action.)
