Answer:

Go to the new Word document and paste what you copied using the toolbar button (it looks like a clipboard), menu item (it is in the Edit menu) or keyboard combination (IBM=Ctrl+V, Mac=Command+V).

  • To insert a copied image, make sure you paste it at first. After that, click on the image, go t the home tab.
  • You will find a clipboard situated over there.
  • Click the arrow under Paste option, and select Paste Special.
  • Paste Special is used to edit all the copied text which is to be pasted in the document.
  • Then you can choose from the given several options, below the Paste Special option.
  • There are different options for the different tasks, you can choose whichever suits you the best.
  • The options can vary from printing as it, or keeping the formatting, or keeping the formatting aligned to the original content, etc.
