- To insert a copied image, make sure you paste it at first. After that, click on the image, go t the home tab.
- You will find a clipboard situated over there.
- Click the arrow under Paste option, and select Paste Special.
- Paste Special is used to edit all the copied text which is to be pasted in the document.
- Then you can choose from the given several options, below the Paste Special option.
- There are different options for the different tasks, you can choose whichever suits you the best.
- The options can vary from printing as it, or keeping the formatting, or keeping the formatting aligned to the original content, etc.
