Area of lawn=(10x^2+35x+30)/5 (now divide individually)

=2x^2+7x+6

=2x^2+4x+3x+6

=2x(x+2)+3(x+2)

=(2x+3)(x+2)

Hence, the dimensions of the lawn are (2x+3) and (x+2)

Area of Lawn = 2x² + 7x  + 6  m² & Dimension  of lawn = 2x +3 m  & x + 2 m

Step-by-step explanation:

to make a rectangular lawn in front of the school the principal spent

Rs  10x² + 35x + 30

Cost = Rs 5 per m²

Area of Lawn = (10x² + 35x + 30)/5

= 2x² + 7x  + 6  m²

2x² + 7x  + 6

= 2x² + 4x  + 3x + 6

= 2x(x + 2) + 3(x + 2)

= (2x + 3)(x + 2)

Dimensions of lawn = 2x +3 m  & x + 2 m
