To open an already saved presentation

To open an existing presentation:

Choose File > Open, or click the Open button on the toolbar. The Open dialog box appears.

If necessary, choose a different disk or folder by navigating the dialog box as you would any standard Windows file dialog.

Click the name in the list and click Open.
