atq perimeter of square equal to that of the rectangle

perimeter of rectangle is 2(l+b)

2*(l+b)=256

2*(70+b)=256

140+2b=256

b=58

breadth= 58m

area of square=side*side

64*64=4096m²

area of rectangle= l*b

70*58=4060m²

area of square plot is greater by (4096-4060=36M²)
