hii mate!!
↪Lets first convert 2m15cm into cm=215 cm
40 m=4000 cm
⭐Let the total no. of shirts which can be stitched be x.
↪According to question,
x × 215=4000
215x=4000
x=4000/215
↪x= 18 shirts can be stitched.
↪30 cm of cloth is left.

Hey! ! !
Solution :-
☆ Given,
Cloth required to stitch one shirt = 2m 15cm
= 2 x 100 + 15 cm
= 215cm
Given, length of cloth = 40 m (1m =100cm)
= 40 x 100
= 4000cm
Number of shirts that can be stitched and the cloth remains = 4000 ÷ 215
= 18 + 130
(i.e we get Quotient= 18, and remainder = 130
