To stitch a trouser 1m 15cm cloth is needed. Out of 30m cloth how many trousers can be stitched. How much cloth will remain?​

Dividing 30m from 1.15m, we get

26m as quotient and 0.1m as remainder

hence 26 clothes can be made and 0.1m cloth remains
