Respected maam,

I am Rahul gautam of class 8 C. I am writing this application to inform you that my father had been met with an car accident few months ago. With a few treatment of some days, we got a baad news that he has been died.

Only we know how we are earning our livelihood. We are 3 brother sisters.We are not able to submit our fees. We are requesting you to please make concession in our fees.

Maam I know you will understand our condition and help us in this difficult time. We will be highly thankful.
