Collective responsibility of the Council of Minister
Explanation:
- Article 75(3)- According to this article the council of ministers are collectively responsible to Lok Sabha,
- In this case, if the Prime minister and of his council of ministers losses confidence in Lok Sabha the whole council is obliged to resign,
- By rejecting an important bill like the Money bill and Finance bill by the Lok sabha, its shows the lacking confidence of the council of ministers,
- There is another way bypassing the no-confidence motion also the council of the minister is obliged to resign including the ministers which are in the Rajya Sabha also,
- That is why it said that the Ministers are fall and stand together.
