The answer is C. Pancreas. Secretin is considered to be the effective hormone which regulates water homeostatis all over the body & influences the environment of duodenum by regulating the secretion in pancreas, stomach and liver.

It is considered to be the peptide hormone generated in the S cell of duodenum that is found in intestinal gland.
