Answer:

You can make. What makes the major difference is the time at which you make any of these, once the batter is made. I usually make a rice:urud dal proportion of 5:2. Soak it for half a day and grind it (I presume that you know the amount of fenugreek and salt you need to add).

Once the batter is made, here is a small timeline of how the batter can be used.

After 2nd hour from the batter is made, you can make idli. Idlis that you get will be soft.

1) For dosa, the batter needs to ferment for atleast a whole night (If you make the batter at 22:00 hrs, you can make awesome dosas for the next day breakfast). Idlis will also be good at the stage.

2) After 2–3 days from the batter been made, you can get Utthappam. (Note: At this stage you can still get fair dosas, but the idlis you make will be hard).

3) The proportion of lentils actually changes with all these food, but it doesn’t matter if you are a newbie and looking for motivation to try all the three at the same time. Good luck with your preparations !

Cookies and bread are involved same biomedical process.

If it helped so plz mark me as brainliest :P
