Tolerance is 'the basis of humanity'. In this fast world
Of ever spreading hostilities and enemities, the need for the survival of
humanity is very essential. This can only be attained if peace is ensured on this earth. Peace can only be assured if we accept humans as they are and tolerate them. Tolerance is a positive and cordial effort to understand other beliefs, practices and positive habits without necessarily sharing perish. After two world wars tolerance is the need of hour, as military ideals have prove futile, reconstruction is slow and a civilized world is needed. Tolerance enables co-existance. Tolerance comes only after education. The highest result of education is tolerance. Tolerance is the oil which takes the friction out of life. Tolerance is the only true remedy to secure peace.
Education is the cultivation of the mind to make life tolerable and acquisition of skills for making it possible. Tolerance opens gates of knowledge and help us to see a better perspective of life. Tolerance is the only real test of Civilization.
