Here is breif explanation
It is a loss = CP-SP
=200-190=10

Loss%=L/CP * 100
=10/200 * 100
=5

Loss % = 5%

 \frac{200 - 190}{200} \times 100 \\  \\  = >   \frac{10}{200}   \times 100 \\  \\  = >  5

It means when 200 decreased to 190 it decreased 5%
