tooth enamel is one of the hardest substance in our body how does it undergo damage due to eating chocolates and sweets what should we do to prevent it

HERE IZ UR ANSWER.

Tooth enamel gets corroded a many times.
When we eat, chocolates and sweets, many a times it get stucked between our teeths and if we don't brush regularly and properly, then it remains stucked.

These left over parts releases acids which are so powerful that it creates cavities in our teeth.

So, to prevent these acids we use toothpaste which is a base and neutralises the reaction and prevent our teeth from being corroded.
