The enamel on your teeth is the toughest and extremely mineralized material in the body. It comprises the external layer of each tooth and it is the commonly noticeable part of the tooth. The enamel is made up of essential minerals, highly Hydroxyapatite

Bacteria and food can result in tooth decay. A transparent, viscous material called plaque is always developed on the teeth and gums. Plaque comprises bacteria that serve on the sugars in the food which we consume. Later on, these bacteria can produce acid in the mouth.

Due to acid, tooth results in demineralizing which can develop tooth cavity.

Tooth decay can be prevented by

1.brushing the teeth regularly and two times a day

2.Rinsing the mouth after consuming the meal

3 By drinking a lot of water.
