Subject :- Complaint about the lack of facilities and malfunctioning of government hospital in (Locality name).

Respected Sir/Madam,

With due respect, I would like to draw your attention to the lack of facilities in the Government hospitals of (Locality name).

The government hospitals don't even have the basic facilities, even clean washrooms are absent in the hospital. The hospitals lack of hygiene and cleanliness. They don't have proper beds, machines, etc. The hospital isn't organised. The medical store of the hospital doesn't have any medicines or medical instruments.

The doctors here are not at all professionally trained nor are interested to serve people.

They don't work for what they are built.

There are many people who can't afford going to private hospitals. The only option they have is Government hospital. If they don't provide better service to the People, many people will loose their lives.

I Request you to please look at the problem and take strict and necessary actions.

Dear Sir,

Subject: Complain about the misbehaviour of staff and unhygienic conditions in the hospital.

I Rajat Joshi, a responsible citizen of the above written address, is writing this letter to tell about the present conditions of the hospital. The staff in the hospital has become so careless that they are not caring about the things that may happen during the pandemic to the people coming to the hospital and the patients.

The staff is neither doing thermal screening, before a person is entering into the hospital to check up ,nor he is sanitizing the person.By this,COVID may spread. Inside the hospital, the food is so unhygenically stored, and is very dangerous as it may cause food poisoning and other digestive problems. The third problem is the misbehaviour of staff. They are not behaving properly with the patients and the patients have to suffer due to their behaviour.

Kindly,look into the matter,and ask the staff to sanitize the patients properly, store the food in a hygenic place and behave properly with the patients. I hope you will be making improvements in the hospital for the benefit or the people coming to hospital and the patients.Waiting for the improvement.
