Kumbh Mela is the world’s largest religious gathering of faith in which Hindus gather to bath in a sacred river. Kumbh Mela is held every twelfth year at one of the four places by rotation: Haridwar, Prayag (Allahabad), Nasik and Ujjain. Magh Mela is actually a smaller version of Kumbh Mela. Hence it is also known as mini Kumbh Mela.
