I hope you're happy in your hostel and having good time. But recently I came to know that you're wasting a lot of time in playing games and has no interest in reading books.
Playing games is good for our health but not all the time. Nowadays you're wasting your time in it. I'll advice you to read books instead of playing games whole day.
Reading books can increase your knowledge and make fluency in reading. You should read story books to have fun with learing. Besides this, you should read your text books. By this you'll have command in your studies also.
