Find the value of sin (5π/4) with step by step explanation. Pls don't skip any step.

Hi ,

sin( 5π/4 )

= sin( π + π/4 )

= - sin π/4

[ Since sin( π + A ) = - sinA ]

= - 1/√2

=sin(5×180°/4)

=sin(5×45°)

=sin 225°

=sin (90°×2+45°)

= - sin45°

=-1/√2[Ans.]
