We know,
P = dhg
Where d is dnesity. g is accⁿ due to gravity and h is the height of liquid column.
Here, atmospheric pressure (P) = 1.013 × 10^5 Pa
density of French wire(d) = 984 Kg/m³
g = 9.8 m/s²
h = ?
h = P/dg
= 1.013 × 10^5/984×9.8
= 10.5 m
