Answer : The total number of atoms present in 34 g of NH_3 are, 12.044\times 10^{23}

Solution : Given,

Mass of NH_3 = 34 g

Molar mass of NH_3 = 17 g/mole

First we have to calculate the moles of NH_3

\text{Moles of }NH_3=\frac{\text{Mass of }NH_3}{\text{Molar mass of }NH_3}=\frac{34g}{17g/mole}=2mole

Now we have to calculate the number of atoms present in NH_3

As, 1 mole contains 6.022\times 10^{23} number of atoms present in NH_3

So, 2 mole contains 2\times (6.022\times 10^{23})=12.044\times 10^{23} number of atoms present in NH_3

Therefore, the total number of atoms present in 34 g of NH_3 are, 12.044\times 10^{23}
