=> x = 12

no. of men = 2x12 = 24

no. of women = 3x 12 =36

now,

ket the no. male to be added be y

so, 24+y/36 = 10/9

=> 9(24+y) = 36 x 10

=> 216 + 9y = 360

=> 9y = 360-216

=> y = 144/9

=. y = 16

so 16 males should be added
