Hello Dear ☺
● Molecular mass of D2O = 20gms.
● Number of electron in 1 molecule of D2O = 10
Therefore number of neutron
=20-10
=10
Thus number of neutron in 1 molecule of D2O is 20 .
● Number of moles of D2O = Mass/Molar Mass.
= 4/20 =0.2 mole.
● Now using the formula,
Number of molecules= number of moles × Avogadro's number
● Number of molecule = 0.2 × 6.022× 10^23 .
= 1.204 × 10^23 molecules.
Now , number of neutrons in 1.204 ×10^23 molecules =
= 10× 1.204 ×10^23
●☆ = 12.04 ×10^23 neutrons. ☆●
Hope it Helps.
Have a nice day.

Answer:
No of moles = 4/20=0.2
In one molecul = moles × Avogadro's no
=0.2×6×10^23
One molecule =10 neutrons
0.2×6×10^23 = x
X= 2×6×10^23
