Concept

When the sum of two angles is 90°, then the angles are known as complementary angles. In other words, if two angles add up to form a right angle, then these angles are said to be supplementary angles

Given

It is given that two complementary angles are in the ratio 3:7

Find

We need to find the angles

Solution

In complementary angles, Sum of angles is 90°

Two complementary angles are in the ratio 3:7

3+7=10

One angle is 3/10 * 90 =27

Other angle is 7/10 * 90 = 63

Hence one angle is 27° and other angle 63°
