hi there
perimeter of rectangle is 2(l+b)
also,given perimeter is 45 cm and given length (l) is 9cm

Given

Perimeter (P) = 45 cm

Length (L) = 9 cm

Perimeter of a rectangle = 2 × (Length + Breadth)

P = 2 × (L + B)

45 cm = 2 × (9 cm + B)

45 cm = 18 cm + 2B

2B = 45 cm - 18 cm

2B = 27 cm

B = 13.5 cm

Breadth (B) = 13.5 cm
