Given:

Slant height ( L ) = 7m

• Radius ( R ) = 7m .

To find :

TSA of cone

• CSA of cone .

Solution :

1) TSA of cone = π R ( L + R )

=> TSA of cone = 22/7 ( 7 ) (14 )

=> TSA of cone = 22 (14)

=> TSA of cone = 308 m² .

2) CSA of cone = π R L

=> CSA of cone = 22/7(7)(7)

=> CSA of cone = 22×7

=> CSA of cone = 154 m².

Answer:

For finding TSA use this formula- πr(l+r)

For CSA- πrl

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

slant height(l)- 7m.

Radius(r)- 7m.

To find-

TSA=?

CSA=?

Solution-

TSA-

=πr(l+r)

=22/7×7(7+7)

=22×(14)

=22×14

=308 sq.m

CSA-

=πrl

=22/7×7×7

=22×7

=154sq.m
