let s be the edge of the cube
6s^2=1176cm^2
s^2=1176/6
s^2=196sq.cm
s=14cm
therefore volume V=s^3
V=14x14x14
V=2744 cubic cm

Seems like your question is incomplete.
But I saw in comments taht u need the TSA of cube.
TSA = 6a^2
1176 = 6a^2
1176/6 = a^2
196 = a^2
√196 = a
√14 × 14 = a
14 cm= a
To find the volume:-
Volume = a^3
Volume = 14 × 14 × 14
Volume = 196 × 14
Volume = 2744cm^3
