here a = 3, b = 11 , c = -4

hence m+n = -11/3

m.n = -(-4)/3 = 4/3

value of m/n + n/m =>

=>  (m² + n²)/(m.n)

=> ((m+n)² -2m.n)/(m.n)

=> ((-11/3)² - 2.4/3)/(4/3)

=> ((11² - 24)/3²)/(4/3)

=> 97/12
