Tough fossil fuels are being continuously formed in nature they are still classified as non renewable resources. Why?

They are scarce and a precious resource and they are not clean as burning produces Co2 and thus it is not a renewable resource

Fossil fuels are classified as non renewable energy because,they only have a limited quantity of materials available and that is expiring.energies like sunlight,water are renewable because they are not limited and have a great quantity.
