Tata Iron and Steel Company is one of the giant and earliest iron and steel corporations of world. It was founded by Jameshed Tata on 26th August 1907  in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand and developed by his son Tata Daobji. It was Tata Darobji who kept the company afloat owning to disaster in 1924. The Company began to progress more and more and we see in late 1930s, it became the largest steel plant in British empire. It also helped the British in World War II by providing armored vehicles to her during the war. After Independence it expanded more and more across the most countries of the world.
