Neurons, or nerve cells that carry nerve impulses, are made up of the cell body, the axon, and several dendrites. Signals move across the synapse, the place where the axon of one neuron meets the dendrite of another, using chemicals called neurotransmitters.

Write a and b in the given flow chart of neuron through which information travels as an electrical impulse. Dendrite → a → b → End point of neuron.

The dendrite passes the electrical signal to the cell body and it further goes to the end point of neuron via axon. Thus, a is Cell Body and b is Axon.
