Women are not treated equally as men in the following ways:-
1. Literacy Rate:- 56% of total women in India are literate while men have a literacy Rate of 72%. This is because parents want to invest their resources for their boys.
2. Low wages:- Women get comparatively less wage than the men for the same work.
3. Domestic Violence:- Not only outside their home, women face a lot of problems in their homes. This means that women are not safe even inside their home and suffer from domestic Violence.
