Speed = 72 km/hr

= 72*5/18

= 20 m/s

Distance = Length of train + bridge

= 100+500

= 600 m

Time = ?

Speed = Distance/Time

Time = Distance/Speed

Time = 600/20

= 30 s

Therefore, time taken by train = 30s
