√3 x + y = 4

a) Slope - intercept form

General form : y = mx + c.

=> y = 4 -√3 x

b) Intercept form

General form : x/a + y/b = 1

taking 4 to LHS

=> x/(4/√3) + y/4 = 1

c) Normal form

General form : xcos∅ + y sin∅ = p

=> √3/2 x + 1/2 y = 4/2 = 2

where,

cos∅ = √3/2 and sin∅ = 1/2
