Treatment of illiterate people how thay treat

Because the illiterate people don't know how to behave, talk and work in public they are not treated well. Instead they should be taught how to work and tend. People now a days are not willing to talk to anyone and teach then manners, that's why the illiterate people are treated very harshly.
