using Pythagoras theorem base
x²=5²+12²
=144+25
=169
x=13
CB=13cm
height using Pythagoras theorem
x²=12²-6.5²
= 144-42.25
=101.75cm²
x=10.08cm
area=1/2×13×10.08
=13×5.04
=65.52cm²
length of AD=10.08cm
using Pythagoras theorem base
