Triangle ABC is shown on the graph. What are the coordinates of the image of point B after the triangle is rotated 270° about the origin?

Since we do not have the graph so it would be difficult to answer this question.

But here is an example which can help you understand it.

formula to calculate a 270° about the origin rotation:

(x, y) → (y, -x)

So if we look at this equation this means we will reserve the order of x and y and will negate the original value of x - value.

After rotating the point (3, -5) 270º, it will become (-5, -3) since we reverse 3 and -5, then make 3 negative.

After rotating the point (-6, -7) 270º, it will become (-7, 6) since we reverse -6 and -7, then make the -6 positive.
