triangle PQR is a right angled triangle at Q. Find QR in the figure. Where PQ=24cm ,PR=25cm.

By pythagoras theorm,

PR²= QR²+ PQ²

QR²= PR²- PQ²

QR² = 25²- 24²

QR²= ( 25+ 24)( 25-24)

QR²= 49x1

QR = under root 49

QR = 7cm
