triangle pqr is an isosceles triangle with PQ = PR. if angle R = 42 degree, find the measure of angle p.

it is an iosceles triangle
hence as given pq=pr
there fore angle r=q
now q=42

Given that PQ=PR
So,Angle R is equal to Angle Q=42°
We know that sum of all angles of a triangle is 180°
so, R+Q+P=180
so, 42+42+P=180
Therefore, P= 180-(42+42)
so, P=180-84

P= 96°
