Just apply pythagoras theorum. Take the longest side as hypotenuse.
(Hypo)^2 = (Base)^2 + (Altitude)^2
5^2 = 4^2 + 3^2
25 = 16+9
25 = 25
LHS = RHS
Since this triangle satisfies pythagoras theorum hence it is a right angled triangle.
