Answer:

In triangle ABC

AB = AC,

∠B = ∠C....angles opp. to equal sides

Now,

∠C = ∠P and ∠B = ∠Q

∠Q = ∠P 

So in triangle PQR

PR=QR....sides opp. to equal angles

hence isosceles

so both triangles are Isosceles but not congruent
