or, cos[90°-(θ+28°)] = cos(3θ-75°)
or, [90°-(θ+28°)] = (3θ-75°)
or, (3θ-75°)+(θ+28°) = 90°
or, 4θ = 90°+47°
or, θ = 137°/4
or, θ = 27•4°
