The answer is Gangeyadeva.

Trikalingadhpathi was the title of Gangeyadeva. He was one of the rulers of the Kalachuri Dynasty that was based in Tripuri located in Central India. His kingdom was focused around the Dahala or Chedi region that is now in Madhya Pradesh. After his death, he was succeeded by his son Lakshmikarna (also known as Karna) who inherited the title of Trikalingadhpathi from his father apart from having other titles to his credit.
